Homenaje a Enrique 

La Armada Española le rindió un emotivo homenaje en la Comandancia de Marina de Vigo, en reconocimiento a su trayectoria y a los valores que transmitió durante toda su vida profesional.  Su ejemplo, basado en la dedicación, la lealtad y el espíritu de servicio, sigue siendo la inspiración que guía a nuestro equipo. En Navalis creemos firmemente que su legado vive en cada proyecto que emprendemos y en la convicción de que la fuerza de un gran equipo fue y será siempre su mayor enseñanza.

In November 2023, Enrique Fernández Montenegro, founder of Navalis Group and a key figure in the naval and defense sector, passed away.
Deeply connected to the maritime world and with family roots in the Spanish Navy, Enrique dedicated his life to driving innovative projects and building bridges of collaboration between institutions, companies, and professionals in the sector.
His strategic vision and commitment to excellence set the course for Navalis from the very beginning.
The Spanish Navy paid him a heartfelt tribute at the Naval Command of Vigo, in recognition of his career and the values he conveyed throughout his professional life. His example—based on dedication, loyalty, and a spirit of service—continues to inspire our team. At Navalis, we firmly believe that his legacy lives on in every project we undertake and in the conviction that the strength of a great team was, and will always be, his greatest teaching.
